What drew you to viax?
There are several factors that attracted me to viax, however the biggest draw was the ability to be an integral part of an incredibly talented team with so much experience, knowledge, and passion about the industry and most importantly our client’s success. viax goal is not to simply sell software, but to provide real business impact and measurable value to our B2B clients. Most digital commerce vendors are not singularly focussed on B2B, but viax is. Our focus is on helping our clients innovate how they do business - and that starts with a strong team of industry veterans and a digital commerce platform that enables it. Daily conversations at viax revolve around the challenges facing manufacturers and distributors and how to not just solve them, but to enable our clients to continually innovate so they are better equipped to compete in today’s ever changing markets in which they compete.
What are you most excited about when it comes to your role as CRO?
There are several things to be excited about, but providing clients a superior product, exceptional service and building a long and trusted relationship with clients is something I strive for. It’s the best part of the job. We truly believe in the concept of ‘clients for life’ and I’m looking forward to adding many more to the growing list of successful viax clients.
